ADM7160ACPZN3.3-R7 is an ultralow noise, low dropout linear regulator that operates from 2.2V to 5.5V and provides up to 200mA of output current. The low 150mV dropout voltage at a 200mA load improves efficiency and allows operation over a wide input voltage range. Utilizing an innovative circuit topology, the ADM7160 achieves ultralow noise performance without the need for a bypass capacitor, making it ideal for noise-sensitive analogue front-end and RF applications. Furthermore, the ADM7160 maintains ultralow noise performance without compromising PSRR or transient line and load performance. Current limit and thermal overload protection circuits prevent damage under adverse conditions. Additionally, the ADM7160 includes an internal pull-down resistor on the EN input. It is commonly used in applications such as ADC/DAC power supplies, RF, VCO, and PLL power supplies, and post dc-to-dc regulation.

- Output noise is 3µV rms typical at (VIN = 5V, VOUT = 2.5V, 0.1Hz to 10Hz)
- 3.3V output voltage, start up time is 180µs typical at (VOUT = 3.3V, TA = 25°C)
- Operating ambient temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
- 6-lead LFCSP-UD package
