ADP222ACPZ-1825-R7 is a high PSRR voltage regulator. This fixed dual output ADP222 combines high PSRR, low noise, low quiescent current, and low dropout voltage in a voltage regulator that is ideally suited for wireless applications with demanding performance and board space requirements. The ADP222 maintains power supply rejection greater than 60dB for frequencies as high as 100KHz while operating with a low headroom voltage. The ADP222 offers much lower noise performance than competing LDOs without the need for a noise bypass capacitor. Overcurrent and thermal protection circuitry prevent damage in adverse conditions. Application includes portable and battery-powered equipment, portable medical devices, post dc-to-dc regulation, point of sale terminals, credit card readers, automatic meter readers, wireless network equipment.
- Input voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V, excellent transient response
- Shutdown current is 0.2µA typical at (EN1 = EN2 = GND, TA = 25°C)
- Output voltage accuracy is +1% maximum at (IOUT = 10mA, TA = 25°C)
- Dropout voltage is 6mV typical at (IOUT = 10mA, TA = 25°C)
- Sense input bias current is 10nA typical at (2.5V ≤ VIN ≤ 5.5V, SENSEx connected to VOUTx)
- Output noise is 56µV rms typical at (10Hz to 100KHz, VIN = 5V, VOUT = 3.3V)
- Power supply rejection ratio is 76dB typical at (VIN = 2.5V, VOUT = 0.8V, IOUT = 100mA, 100Hz)
- Load regulation is 0.001%/mA typical at (IOUT = 1mA to 300mA, TA = 25°C)
- 1.8V VOUT1, 2.5V VOUT2
- Operating junction temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 8-lead LFCSP-UD package
