Amber grease FG3 is a food processing SAFE® multi-purpose bearing grease which provides long-term lubrication where incidental food contact may occur in food processing areas. Amber grease FG3 is resistant to water and steam and protects against corrosion. All types of bearings and other metal-to-metal contact surfaces.

• 2 NLGI classification
• Alu-complex thickener
• Drop point (IP 132) is <gt/>250°C
• Medical white base oil
• Copper corrosion (IP112) is 0/1
• Water resistance Din 51 807-01 is 0-90
• 120Kg shell four ball (IP239) weld load
• Operating temperature range from -20°C to +140°C (180°C intermittent)

Notes

Stored at normal ambient temperatures and has a shelf life of not less than 6 years with correct storage. Aerosols should always be stored below 50°C, away from direct heat and flame.
