Product Overview
ADUM362N1BRQZ is a 6-channel digital isolator based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and back-to-back monolithic air core transformer technology, this isolation component provides outstanding performance characteristics and meets CISPR 32/EN 55032 Class B limits at 5Mbps. The device operates with the supply voltage on either side ranging from 2.25V to 5.5V, which provides compatibility with lower voltage systems as well as enabling voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier. Applications include serial-peripheral interface (SPI) data converter isolation, RS-485 and controller area network with flexible data rate (CAN FD) industrial field bus isolation, PWM controller signal isolation, and general-purpose multichannel isolation.

- Pulse width is 6.6ns min within pulse width distortion (PWD) limit at 5V operation

- Input current per channel is +0.01µA typ at 0V ≤ VIx ≤ VDDx, 5V operation
- Output rise/fall time is 2.5ns at 10% to 90%, 5V operation
- Common-mode transient immunity is 180kV/µs typ at VIx=VDDx, VCM ≥ 1000 V, TA=125°C, 5V operation
