R9A02G0214CNH#UA0 is a ultra-low power 48MHz MCU with Renesas RISC-V CPU core. It is particularly well-suited for cost-sensitive and low-power applications. It features 128KB code flash memory, 4KB data flash, 16KB SRAM with ECC support, many timers and serial connectivity interfaces, a high number of IOs with output current control, and rich analogue functionality (12bit A/D Converter, DAC, comparator). Typical applications are consumer electronics, home appliances, industrial sensors, sensor modules, bus powered sensors, medical sensors, health tracking, remote controls, battery powered applications, low power home accessories, detectors, vehicle tracking, intelligent power supplies, inverters.
