RA family, RA2L1 group, ultra low power 48MHz Arm® Cortex®-M23 microcontroller in LFQFP-48 package. RA2L1 MCU group is part of the RA2 MCU series, it is currently the smallest member of the RA family. It is a combination of microcontroller with standard communication and timing peripherals, general-purpose analogue and new innovative capacitive touch sensing unit with best-in-class performance. When benchmarked for power consumption, RA2L1 received a ULPMark™ score of 226, as certified by EEMBC®, the embedded microprocessor benchmark consortium. It provides superior low power consumption in active and sleep/standby modes. RA2L1 integrates unique peripheral blocks such as CTSU2.
