DRY PTFELUBE FG, 400ML

DRY PTFE LUBE FG is a multi purpose dry film PTFE lubricant suitable for use in food processing industries. The lubricant is NSF H1 registered (N˚139899) and forms a clean, dry film with effective anti-stick properties, low environmental dust/dirt adherence and good resistance to water, oils and solvents. Forms a dry, non-toxic colourless film for the light lubrication of chutes, slides, pins etc. Particularly suitable in low load, low speed applications.

• 0.73 SG at 25°C
• 3.5 bar pressure at 20°C
• 1.0-1.2 g/sec discharge rate at 20°C
• Operating temperature range -100°C to +200°C
• Insoluble in water and most solvents
• Classified as extremely flammable under current EC regulations

Notes

Stored at normal ambient temperatures and has a shelf life of not less than 6 years with correct storage. Aerosols should always be stored below 50°C, away from direct heat and flame.
