Product Overview
HMC370LP4E is an active miniature x4 frequency multiplier utilizing InGaP GaAs HBT technology. Power output is 0 dBm typical from a 5V supply voltage and varies little vs. input power, temperature and supply voltage. This is ideal for use in LO multiplier chains allowing reduced parts count vs. traditional approaches. Typical application includes point-to-point & VSAT radios, fibre optic, military.
- Frequency range from 3.6 to 4.1GHz (input, TA = +25°C, Vcc = 5V)
- Frequency range from 14.4 to 16.4GHz (output, TA = +25°C, Vcc = 5V)
- Input power range from -15 to +5dBm (TA = +25°C, Vcc = 5V)
- Output power is -4dBm (min, TA = +25°C, Vcc = 5V)
- Sub-harmonic suppression is 22dBc (typ, TA = +25°C, Vcc = 5V)
