MAX4519ESD+

The MAX4519ESD+ is a precision, dual 2-channel, low voltage, CMOS analogue multiplexer in 14 pin NSOIC package. This device is fabricated with low voltage silicon gate process and it is used in sample and hold circuits, automatic test equipment, heads-up displays, guidance and control systems, military radios, PBX, PABX and low voltage data acquisition systems.

• Supply voltage range is 2.7V to 15V, ±2.7V to ±8V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Maximum on-resistance match between channels is <lt/> 10 ohm at TA = +25°C (single +5V supply)
• Maximum on-resistance is 225ohm at TA = +25°C (single +5V supply)
• Flat on-resistance over signal range is 19ohm at TA = +25°C (single +5V supply)
• Low charge injection is 5pC
• NO-off leakage current is 0.1nA & COM-Off leakage current is 0.2nA at TA = +25°C (single +5V supply)
• Electrostatic discharge protection is <gt/> 2000V
• Low power consumption is <lt/> 300µW
• TTL/CMOS logic compatible, rail to rail signal handling
