Product Overview
The MAX4552CEE+ is a ±15KV ESD protected, quad, low voltage SPST analogue switch in 16 pin QSOP package. This switch is protected against ±15KV electrostatic discharge (ESD) shocks per IEC 1000-4-2 without latch-up or damage. It can handle rail to rail analogue signals. The off leakage current is only 1nA at 25°C and 10nA at +85°C. This CMOS switch can operates with dual power supplies ranging from ±2V to ±6V or a single supply between +2V and +12V. It is fully specified for single +2.7V operation. All digital inputs have +0.8V and +2.4V logic thresholds ensuring TTL/CMOS logic compatibility when using ±5V or a single +5V supply. The device is pin compatible with industry standard DG212 device. The MAX4552 is used in data acquisition, battery operated equipment, test equipment, avionics, audio signal routing and networking application.
- Four normally open (NO) switches, operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
- V+ supply current of 0.05µA and V- supply current of 0.05µA at +25°C with dual supply
- Charge injection of 2pC at CL = 1nF, TA = 25°C with dual supply
- Off isolation of less than -90dB at f = 100KHz, RL = 50 ohm, CL = 15pF with dual supply
- Low power consumption of less than 1μW, 4 separately controlled SPST switches
- Channel to channel crosstalk of less than or equal to -90dB at f = 100KHz with dual supply
- Maximum on-resistance is 120 ohm at TA = +25°C with dual supply
- Maximum turn-on time is 110ns and maximum turn-off time is 90ns at +25°C with dual supply
- Maximum on-resistance match between channels is 4ohm at +25°C with dual supply
- Maximum on-resistance flatness is 8ohm at +25°C with dual supply
