EZR32HG220F64R63G-C0R EZR32 is a sub-GHz wireless microcontroller (MCU) targeted at proprietary wireless applications for secure, connected wireless devices. Combining a high-performance sub-GHz EZRadio/EZRadioPRO transceiver with an ARM-Cortex -M0+ based MCU, it provides a 20dBm output power and an industry-leading receive sensitivity of -126dBm. The ultra-low power sleep modes and fast wake-up time of our energy-friendly 32bit MCUs and the low transmit and receive power consumption of the sub-GHz radio, result in a solution optimized for battery powered applications. This device includes 64KB flash, 8KB RAM, 27 GPIO pins, 3 x 16bit timers and multiple communication interfaces. Typical applications are energy, gas, water and smart metering, health and fitness applications, consumer electronics.
