M24M02-DRCS6TP/K is a 2Mbit I2C-compatible EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable memory) organized as 256K x 8bits. The M24M02-DR offers an additional page, named the identification page (256 byte). The identification page can be used to store sensitive application parameters which can be (later) permanently locked in read-only mode.
- 1.8V to 5.5V single supply voltage
- Compatible with following I2C bus modes: 1MHz, 400KHz and 100KHz
- 2Mbit (256Kbyte) of EEPROM with 256 byte page size
- Write: byte write within 10ms and page write within 10ms
- Random and sequential read modes
- Write protect of the whole memory array
- Enhanced ESD/latch-Up protection
- More than 4 million write cycles
- More than 200-years data retention
- 8 lead WLCSP ECOPACK2 (chip scale package) and temperature range from -40 to 85°C
