MM2000 with needle probe & wall mount holder (digital food thermometer, needle probe, wall mount holder). HACCP compliant. For handheld temperature spot checks on cooked, chilled and frozen food and liquids: meat, chicken, fish, ready meals, beverages.

- Measurement range (Probe): -100 to 280°C
- IP67 waterproof thermometer
- C/F selectable
- Thermometer has user selectable thermocouple types K, T, J, R, N, E, S, + IR
- Thermometer can be used with other 2-pin thermocouple probes
- Rubber boot included with the thermometer for extra protection against damage
- Probe measures 3.3mm by 115mm
- High accuracy ±0.2°C ±0.15% of Reading (Type T)
- Wall mount holder is made of strong stainless steel
