ADHESIVE MP100, 500ML

MP100 multi purpose spray adhesive is a fast drying, strong adhesive, ideal for bonding almost anything to most hard surfaces including wood and metal. Advantages are original formulation, fast tack, ideal where instant contact and bonding is required, provides high-strength, permanent bonds, variable actuator for maximum control and economy. MP100 multi-purpose spray adhesive will provide quick, strong bonds in many areas carpets & flooring, chipboard and concrete, insulation materials, canvas and leather, paper, wood and cork, metal, plastics and rubber.

• Thick, gelatinous film appearance
• Ethereal/solvent odour
• 1.16 SG at 25°C and 4 bar pressure at 25°C
• 1.4g/sec discharge rate
• Styrene butadiene rubber polymer type
• Approximately 30 seconds tack time
• Maximum adhesion in 12 - 24 hours bonding time
• Temperature range Up to 50°C (dried film)
• Soluble in some solvents, insoluble in water

Opmerkingen

Stored at normal ambient temperatures and has a shelf life of not less than 3 years with correct storage. Aerosols should always be stored below 50°C, away from direct heat and flame.
