EVAL-1ED3321MC12N is Evaluation board for EiceDRIVER™ F3 Enhanced with short-circuit protection. The half-bridge configuration with short-circuit protection enabled gate driver ICs (1ED3321MC12N). Suitable for power switches, such as IGBTs, SiC and Si MOSFETs. Power switches TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT IKW40N120H3 are preassembled. This board is best suited for double-pulse testing.
- EiceDRIVER™ Enhanced single channel isolated gate driver 1ED332x family (F3 Enhanced family)
- For up to 2300V IGBTs, SiC and Si MOSFETs
- Galvanically isolated coreless transformer gate driver
- 6A/-8.5A typical sinking and sourcing peak output current
- Precise VCEsat detection (DESAT) with fault output
- Soft turn-off after desaturation detection
- 40V absolute maximum output supply voltage, 85ns propagation delay with 35ns input filter
- High common-mode transient immunity CMTI <gt/>300kV/μs
- Separate source and sink outputs, short-circuit clamping and active shutdown
- Active miller clamp
