CT-90 Foam cutting and tapping fluid. it has been specifically formulated to cling to the work piece right up to the tool edge, making applications even on vertical surfaces possible while keeping the lubricant in contact with both job and tool. It can be used on all tough metals including stainless steel, improving work speed, tool life and surface finish when cutting, tapping, drilling and reaming. Containing extreme-pressure (EP), additives that reduce friction and keep the workpiece at a stable temperature to prevent seizing. Dissipates heat, reduces cutting time, improves surface finish, metal scrap and downtime. Protects and extends the life of the tool. Outstanding performance for turning, drilling, reaming, tapping and thread cutting of tough metals such as stainless steel, high tensile, high-speed, high-carbon steels, and carbon fibre/composite forms. Opmerkingen

Stored at normal ambient temperatures and has a shelf life of not less than 6 years with correct storage. Aerosols should always be stored below 50°C, away from direct heat and flame.
