HCSDC045A is a HCS series solid state output, 1AMP, delay after sense, and a high-range current sensor with sense capabilities from 9A to 45A AC. The set point is either factory-fixed or adjustable. It is completely self-powered with solid-state DC switching to interface with a Programmable Logic Control (PLC) or control relays.
- Toroidal sensing provides total isolation between sensed current and output circuit
- Setpoint adjusted by on board potentiometer or factory-fixed, up to 60amps
- Self powered, no external supply voltage needed, toroid–through hole wiring sensor
- Compact 2” x 2” package with single screw mounting
- Totally encapsulated for protection from harsh environments
- Direct connection to PLC input, 100% operational testing
- Input voltage range from 3 to 50V DC, 9A to 45A variable sensing range
- Variable, integral, potentiometer adjustment, current sensor mode of operation
- Stability is ±2% over temperature, hysteresis is ±5% of set point typical
- Operating temperature range from -25°C to +65°C
