104713-HMC358MS8G is an evaluation board for HMC358MS8G MMIC VCO with buffer amplifier. HMC358MS8G is GaAs InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) MMIC VCO. It integrates resonators, negative resistance devices, varactor diodes, and buffer amplifiers. The VCO’s phase noise performance is excellent over temperature, shock, and process due to the oscillator’s monolithic structure.
- No external resonator needed
- Single supply of 3V at 100mA
