ADA4857-1 is a unity-gain stable, high speed, voltage feedback amplifier with low distortion, low noise, and high slew rate. With a spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR), this is an ideal solution for a variety of applications, including ultrasounds, ATE, active filters, and ADC drivers. The Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary next-generation XFCB process and innovative architecture enables such high performance amplifiers. With a wide supply voltage range (5V to 10V), this is an ideal candidate for systems that require high dynamic range, precision, and speed. Typical applications are instrumentation, IF and baseband amplifiers, active filters, ADC drivers, DAC buffers.
- Full power bandwidth is 110MHz (G=1, VOUT=2Vp-p, THD <lt/> −40dBc, ±5V supply, TA=25°C)
- Slew rate (10% to 90%) is 2800V/μs typ (G=1, VOUT=4V step, ±5V supply, TA=25°C)
- Harmonic distortion is −88dBc (f=10MHz, G=1, VOUT=2Vp-p (HD2), ±5V supply, TA=25°C)
- Input voltage noise is 4.4nV/√Hz (f=100KHz, ±5V supply, TA=25°C)
- Input offset voltage is ±4.5mV (±5V supply, TA=25°C)
- Input offset voltage drift is 22μV/°C maximum (TMIN to TMAX, ±5V supply, TA=25°C)
