ADAU1772 is a four ADC, two DAC low power codec with audio processor. This codec with four inputs and two outputs incorporates a digital processing engine to perform filtering, level control, signal level monitoring, and mixing. The path from the analogue input to the DSP core to the analogue output is optimized for low latency and is ideal for noise cancelling headsets. With the addition of just a few passive components, a crystal and an EEPROM for booting, this provides a complete headset solution. Typical applications are noise cancelling handsets, headsets and headphones, Bluetooth ANC handsets, headsets, and headphones, personal navigation devices, digital still and video cameras.

- Dual stereo digital microphone inputs, full-duplex, asynchronous sample rate converters (ASRCs)
- Low power (15mW for typical noise cancelling solution)
- I²C and SPI control interfaces, self-boot from I²C EEPROM
- ADC resolution is 24bit typical (supply voltages AVDD=IOVDD=1.8V, DVDD=1.1V)
- Offset error is ±0.1mV typical (supply voltages AVDD=IOVDD=1.8V, DVDD=1.1V)
- Gain error is ±0.2dB typical (supply voltages AVDD=IOVDD=1.8V, DVDD=1.1V)
- Power supply rejection ratio is 55dB typ (100mV p-p at 1KHz, AVDD=IOVDD=1.8V, DVDD=1.1V)
- 40-lead frame chip scale package [LFCSP-WQ]
- Temperature rating range from -40°C to 85°C
