The MAX1231BETI+ is a 12bit 300Ksps analogue to digital converter (ADC) with FIFO, temperature sensor, internal reference in 28 pin TQFN package. The low power, serial output, multichannel ADC with temperature sensing capability for temperature control, process control and monitoring applications. This ADC utilizes a fully differential, successive approximation register (SAR) conversion technique and an on-chip T/H block to convert temperature and voltage signals into a 12bit digital result. Both single ended and differential configurations are supported with a unipolar signal range for single ended mode and bipolar or unipolar ranges for differential mode. It feature an on-chip FIFO, scan mode, internal clock mode, internal averaging and AutoShutdown function.

- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- 16 input channel
- Internal temperature sensor with ±0.7°C accuracy
- Accuracy of ±1 LSB INL, ±1 LSB DNL, no missing codes overtemperature
- Low power of 1mA at 300Ksps and single +3V operation
- Internal 2.5V reference or external differential reference
- 10MHz 3 wire SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE compatible interface
