PEME1-S3-D5-S is a PEME1-S series unregulated DC to DC converter. It is a family of 1W isolated module designed to offer improved efficiency, higher isolation, and superior thermal performance. It features a compact 7 pin SIP package, an ultra-wide -40 to +105°C operating temperature range, and 3kVdc isolation, this low power dc-dc converter provides a rugged barrier of protection for a range of sensitive applications, including medical equipment, industrial control, and mixed digital/analogue systems. It is certified to 62368-1: UL, designed to meet 62368: EN/BS EN.
- Unregulated output, continuous short circuit protection
- No load input current as low as 5mA, 1:1 input range
- Dual output
- 2.97 to 3.63VDC input voltage range, ±5VDC output voltage
- Output current range from ±10 to ±100mA, 1W maximum output current
- 82% typical efficiency (measured at nominal input voltage, full load)
- 220KHz typ switching frequency, 3000VDC mini isolation voltage (input to output for 1 minute at 1mA)
- Black flame-retardant and heat-resistant plastic (UL94V-0) case material
- Dimension is 19.65 x 6.00 x 10.16mm
- Two (2) year limited warranty
