DZDH0401DW-7 is a ideal diode controller. It is intended to drive a P-channel enhancement MOSFET configured as an ideal diode. The device operates as a differential amplifier and PMOS controller to minimize forward current losses when VIN > VOUT and provide high isolation when VIN < VOUT. The circuit compares the voltage between IN and OUT. Typical applications include high side gate driving PMOS, high side disconnect switch, battery discharge protection, emergency lighting, active OR’ing redundant power supplies.
- Drain - bias voltage is 78V typ at IDRAIN=100μA, TA=+25°C
- Source - drain voltage is 84V typ at ISOURCE=100μA, TA=+25°C
- Drain - REF voltage is 588mV typ at IDRAIN=100μA, TA=+25°C
- Source current is 11.6μA typ at VSOURCE-REF=0.56V, TA=+25°C
- Turn-off differential voltage is 34mV typ at IDRAIN=100µA; ISOURCE=10μA, TA=+25°C
- Power dissipation is 300mW at TA=+25°C
- SOT363 case
- Operating and storage temperature range from -65 to +150°C
