REFSSRACDC2ATOBO1 is a solid-state relay reference design board. It allows the evaluation AC and DC-type solid-state relays supporting 250V AC or 350V DC operation and 2A nominal current in a compact form factor. The board is compact and features integrated overcurrent and overtemperature protection mechanisms thanks to the innovative isolated EiceDRIVER™ iSSI gate driver with coreless transformer (CT) technology and a CoolMOS™ S7T SJ MOSFET with integrated temperature sensor. Suitable for industrial automation and solid-state relay applications.

- Back-to-back (B2B) CoolMOS™ configuration for bidirectional current blocking capability
- Adjustable input supply voltage
- External TVS clamping diode
- SJ MOSFET w. embedded temperature sensor
- Shunt based overcurrent protection
- Isolated gate driver
- Small form factor with enhanced reliability and safety
- Galvanic isolation up to 5.7KV RMS, fast switch off (<10µs)
- Arc-free switching and no separate output bias supply needed
