SHIELDBTS70802EPZTOBO1 is a PROFET™+2 12V Grade0 evaluation board which is high temperature resistant up to 175°C and comes with 1 high-side switch of BTS7080-2EPZ. The purpose of this board is to provide a quick and easy solution for customers’ lab evaluations. The PROFET™+2 12V Grade0 Evaluation board is capable to drive resistive, capacitive and/or inductive loads. The Protection features such as absolute and dynamic temperature limitation with controlled reactivation, overcurrent protection (tripping) with intelligent latch or intelligent restart control, undervoltage shutdown, overvoltage protection with external components, maximum temperature for board and device 175°C. Suitable for resistive, inductive and capacitive loads, replaces electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits, applications with extended or/and high temperature mission profiles, suitable for powertrain systems such as transmission applications.
