TC399XX256F300SBDKXUMA2 is a powerful next-generation AURIX™ microcontroller in embedded flash 40nm technology. It comes back with an increase in performance, memory sizes, connectivity, and more scalability to address the new automotive trends and challenges. Potential applications include industrial, safety, connectivity, transportation, powertrain, and (H)EV.
- 6 TriCore™ running at 300MHz (with 4 additional checker cores delivering 4000 DMIPS)
- Supporting floating point and fixpoint with all cores
- 16MB flash/ ECC protection, up to 6.9MB SRAM/ ECC protection
- Redundant and diverse timer modules ( GTM, CCU6, GPT12 )
- Developed and documented following ISO26262/IEC61508 to support safety requirement up to ASIL-D/SIL3
- Single voltage supply 5V or 3.3V
- A/B swap software update over the air support
- 100 A/D input lines, 12 CAN nodes, 128 DMA channels
- PG-LFBGA-516 package
- Temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
