The MAX4614CPD+ is a low voltage, high speed, quad, SPST CMOS analogue switch in 14 pin DIP package. This single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analogue switch is pin compatible with the industry standard 74HC4066/MAX4610 analogue switches. The on-resistance (10 ohm max) is matched between switches to 1ohm (max) and is flat (1ohm max) over the specified signal range. Each switch handles V+ to GND analogue signal levels. It has maximum off-leakage current of only 1nA at TA = +25°C and 6nA at TA = +85°C. This device is used in sample and hold circuits, battery operated equipment and low voltage data acquisition systems.

- Fast switching times are 12ns tON and 10ns tOFF at (TA = +25°C, VCOM_ = 3V, single +5V supply)
- Maximum on-resistance of 60 ohm at TA = +25°C (single +2.5V supply)
- Rail to rail signal handling
- TTL/CMOS logic compatible
- Four normally open (NO) switches
- Charge injection is 6.5pC
- Crosstalk of -96dB at RL = 50 ohm, f = 100KHz (single +5V supply)
- On-channel bandwidth of 70MHz at signal = 0dBm, TA = +25°C (single +5V supply)
