The MAX4662CWE+ is a quad SPST CMOS analogue switch in 16 pin WSOIC package. This switch can handle rail to rail analogue signals and the off leakage current is 5nA maximum at TA = +85°C. The MAX4662 is ideal in low distortion applications and it is preferred solution over mechanical relays in automatic test equipment or applications where current switching is required. It has low power requirements and requires less board space. This analogue switch is more reliable than mechanical relays. A separate logic supply pin provides TTL/CMOS logic compatibility when operating across the entire supply voltage range. It is used in reed relay replacement, avionics, communication systems, audio signal routing, ADC systems, PBX, PABX systems, sample and hold circuits and data acquisition systems.
- 4.5V to 36V single supply and ±4.5V to ±20V dual supply operation
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
- Four normally open (NC) switches
- Maximum on-resistance is 4ohm at TA = +25°C (single supply)
- Maximum on-resistance match between channels is 0.4ohm at TA = +25°C (single supply)
- Crosstalk of -60dB at RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 1MHz, (single supply)
- Maximum on-resistance flatness over specified signal range is 0.7ohm at TA = +25°C (single supply)
- ESD protection is greater than 2000V per method 3015.7
- Positive supply current is 0.001µA at TA = +25°C, single supply
- Charge injection is 20pC at CL = 1.0nF, VGEN = 0, RGEN = 0 at TA = +25°C, single supply
