Ideal for today’s advanced vehicle access applications, the PCF7961 security transponder, microcontroller and radio transmitter IC fits compact key designs and ensures cost-effective solutions.

- On-chip, PLL-based UHF transmitter (315MHz)
- Programmable ASK/FSK modulation characteristics
