The NC7SZ74K8X is a TinyLogic® single, D-type, CMOS Flip-Flop IC with preset and clear. This is fabricated with advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultra high speed with high output drive, while maintaining low static power dissipation over a very broad VCC. The inputs and outputs are high impedance when VCC is 0V. Independent of VCC operating voltage. The signal level applied to the D input is transferred to the Q output during the positive-going transition of the CLK pulse.
- tPD 2.6ns Typical into 50pF at 5V VCC ultra high speed
- ±24mA at 3V VCC High output drive
- 1.65 to 5.5V Broad VCC operating range
- Power down high impedance inputs/output
- Overvoltage tolerant inputs facilitate 5V to 3V translation
- Patented noise/EMI reduction circuitry implemented
