The ZETAPLUS-868-SO from RF Solutions is an 868MHz miniature Smart RF transceiver module in SMT package. This is a plug and play radio communication module with simple SPI and UART (LV 232) interface. With only few connections to power, comms and antenna user can quickly start sending and receiving data. No other external components are required. With a highly tuned on-board RF matching network ZETAPLUS outperforms other modules achieving range far in excess of its competitors for given power output/ power consumption. It features 64byte transmit/receive FIFO, preamble detection, sync word detector and CRC are all automatically handled allowing power consumption and for use of lower cost system MCU's. The ZETAPLUS also gives access to the integrated auxiliary 11bit ADC used for internal battery voltage detection making low battery detect very simple to implement on user design. It is used in home automation, sensor/mesh RF networks, telemetry, keyless entry, health monitors.
