Grove-Flame Sensor can be used to detect fire sources or other light sources of the wavelength in the range of 760nm - 1100 nm. It is based on the YG1006 sensor which is a high-speed and high-sensitive NPN silicon phototransistor. Due to its black epoxy, the sensor is sensitive to infrared radiation. With an extra buzzer and LED, you can easily build a fire alarm system. Typical applications include hydrogen stations, industrial heating, gas, or drying-related systems, gas-powered cooking appliances, fire alarm systems and fire fighting robots.
- Detecting fires or light of the wavelength in the range of 760nm ~ 1100nm
- Detecting speed up to 15μS/cm
- High-sensitivity is based on the YG1006 sensor - a high-sensitive NPN silicon phototransistor
- Adjustable sensitivity, a precision potentiometer provided
- Easy to program
