M95512-DRMN3TP/K is an automotive 512Kbit serial SPI bus EEPROM with high-speed clock. It is compliant with the very high level of reliability defined by the automotive standard AEC-Q100 grade 0. This device is accessed by a simple serial SPI-compatible interface running upto 16MHz. The memory array is based on advanced true EEPROM technology (electrically erasable programmable memory). It offers an additional identification page (128byte) in which this device identification can be read. This page can also be used to store sensitive application parameters which can be later permanently locked in read-only mode.
- Operating voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V
- Compatible with the serial peripheral interface (SPI) bus
- Write protection by block: 1/4, 1/2 or whole memory
- Additional write lockable page (identification page)
- Schmitt trigger inputs for noise filtering
- ESD protection (human body model) is 4000V
- Internal reset threshold voltage is 1.5V maximum
- Input capacitance is 6pF typ at (VIN = 0V)
- Page size is 128 byte, 600k write cycles
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, SO8 package
