The TS5A3157DBVR is a SPDT analogue switch in 6 pin SOT-23 package. This device can handle both digital and analogue signals. The signals up to V+ can be transmitted in either direction.
- Maximum on-resistance of 12ohm
- Control inputs are 5V tolerant
- Low charge injection
- Excellent on-state resistance matching
- Low total harmonic distortion (THD)
- Single supply operation from 1.65V to 5.5V
- Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD 78, class II
- ESD performance tested per JESD 22
- Maximum bandwidth of 300MHz
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
