TSM series is an isolated DC/DC converters with 1W output power implemented in a moulded plastic package with a pin accuracy suitable for automated SMD production. These devices can be soldered without any problems in a high temperature lead free solder process. With their small footprint these converters are the economical solution for point of load power conversion, ground loop elimination, noise reduction and digital interface applications.
- SMD package (SOIC-14/18), construction in lead frame technology
- Dual output, I/O isolation is 1000VDC
- High efficiency
- Reflow solder temperature up to 245°C
- Operating temperature range from –40°C to +85°C
- High accuracy of pin co-planarity, available in tape and reel package
- 3-year product warranty
- Input voltage is 5VDC/±10%, output voltage is ±12VDC, output current is ±40mA(max)
- Short circuit protection, switching frequency is 100KHz (typ.)
- Epoxy moulding compound casing material, efficiency is 79%
