105706-HMC505LP4 is an evaluation board for HMC505LP4 MMIC VCO with buffer amplifier. The HMC505LP4 is GaAs InGaP heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT) MMIC VCO with integrated resonators, negative resistance devices, varactor diodes, and buffer amplifiers. Covering 6.8 to 7.4GHz, the VCO’s phase noise performance is excellent over temperature, shock and vibration due to the oscillator’s monolithic structure.
- No external resonator needed
- Single supply of +3V at 80mA
