The MAX4558CSE+ is a ±15KV ESD protected, low voltage, single 8 to 1 CMOS analogue multiplexer in 16 pin NSOIC package. Each switch is protected against ±15KV electrostatic discharge (ESD) shock without latch-up or damage. This CMOS device can operate continuously from dual supplies of ±2V to ±6V or from a +2V to +12V single supply. Each switch can handle rail to rail analogue signals. The off leakage current is only 1nA at +25°C or 10nA at +85°C max. All digital inputs have +0.8V to +2.4V logic thresholds ensuring TTL/CMOS logic compatibility when using a single +5V supply or dual ±5V supplies. Typical applications include battery operated equipment, audio and video signal routing, low voltage data acquisition systems and high ESD environments.
- Maximum on-resistance is 220 ohm with single +5V supply and 160 ohm with ±5V supply
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
- RON match between channels is 2ohm
- Low distortion is less than 0.02% (600 ohm)
- Low crosstalk is less than -93dB (50 ohm)
- High off isolation is less than -96dB (50 ohm)
