MC33151 is a compact radial-leaded PPTC resettable fuse rated at 16V DC. It reliably holds 3A under normal conditions and trips at 5.1A within approximately 2 seconds, then reset automatically once the fault clears. Designed for through-hole PCB mounting, it offers strong surge protection up to 100A in a compact 7.1 × 11 × 3mm package with 5.1mm lead spacing.
