AX8052F143-3-TX40

AX8052F143-3-TX40 is a SoC ultra-low power RF-MCU for RF carrier frequencies in the range 27-1050MHz. The on-chip transceiver consists of a fully integrated RF front-end with modulator and demodulator. Baseband data processing is implemented in an advanced and flexible communication controller that enables user-friendly communication. The AX8052F143 features 3 16bit general-purpose timers, 2 O/P compare units, 2 I/P compare units to record timings of external signals, 2 16−bit wakeup timers, a watchdog timer, 2 UARTs, host/server SPI controller, 10bit 500KSample/s ADC, 2 analogue comparators, temperature sensor, 2ch DMA controller, and dedicated AES crypto controller. Debugging is aided by a dedicated hardware debug interface controller that connects using a 3-wire protocol to the PC hosting the debug software. Suitable for 27 to 1050MHz Licensed and Unlicensed radio systems, IoT, AMR, security applications, building automation, wireless networks, messaging paging applications.
