- 600V/35A rated
- Low side IGBT open emitter
- Built -in bootstrap diode
- High side IGBT gate driver:SOI process, high voltage level shifting, control supply UVLO
- Low side IGBT gate driver: drive circuit, SCP, UVLO, TSD, temperature output by analogue signal
- Fault signal(LVIC) corresponding to SCP (low side IGBT), UVLO fault
- Input Interface 3.3V, 5V Line
