BR25H128NUX-5ACTR is a BR25H128xxx-5AC series 128Kbit serial 125°C operation EEPROM of SPI BUS interface for automotive application. It features prevention of write mistake, write prohibition at power on, write prohibition by the WPB pin, write prohibition block setting, prevention of write mistake at low voltage. Data at shipment memory array FFh, ID page first 3 address 2Fh, 00h, 0Dh, other address FFh, WPEN, BP1, BP0: 0, 0, 0 status register, lock status LS:0. Application includes airbag, ABS, ECU.
- VSON008X2030 packing, 128Kbit capacity, process code, revision
- AEC-Q100 qualified (grade1)
- Supply voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V, maximum clock frequency is 20MHz
- Maximum write time is 3.5ms, page size is 64byte
- Bit format is 16384 x 8bit
- 64byte write lockable identification page (ID Page)
- Address auto increment function at read operation
- Auto erase and auto end function at data rewrite, HOLD function by the HOLDB pin
- Write protect block setting by software memory array 1/4, 1/2, whole
- Ambient operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
