BR25H160xxx-5AC series is a 16Kbit serial EEPROM of SPI BUS interface suitable for Airbag, ABS and ECU application.
- AEC-Q100 qualified and functional safety supportive automotive products
- SPI BUS mode (CPOL, CPHA) = (0, 0), (1, 1), page size of 32byte and bit format of 2048 x 8bit
- 1.7V to 5.5V wide limit of operating voltage, possible 1MHz operation
- 32 byte write lockable identification page (ID page)
- Address auto increment function at read operation
- SPI bus type
- Auto erase and auto end function at data rewrite
- HOLD function by the HOLDB pin, prevention of write mistake, write prohibition at power on
- Write prohibition by the WPB pin and write prohibition block setting
- 8 lead MSOP package, ambient operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
