MAX14779ATP+

MAX14779 dual SPDT Beyond-The-Rails switch support switching analogue signals of up to ±25V using a single 3V to 5.5V supply. This MAX14779 is a dual SPDT switch configuration with two EN_ and two S_ control inputs. It has a flexible 1.62V to 5.5V CMOS logic interface. It has a low on-leakage current of ±200nA (maximum). Each device can carry up to 200mA (maximum) of continuous current in either direction while operating from -40°C to 125°C. When not powered, transient and DC signal conditions should be considered separately. Key applications are ATE systems, switching full speed USB, CAN, RS-232/485, TTL, audio, instrumentation systems.
