ACHS-7125-500E is a fully integrated, hall effect-based linear current sensor IC with 3kVRMS isolation and a low-resistance current conductor. It is a fully integrated hall effect-based isolated linear current sensor device family designed for AC or DC current sensing in industrial, commercial, and communications systems. It consists of a precise, low-offset, linear Hall circuit with a copper conduction path located near surface of the die. Applied current flowing through this copper conduction path generates a magnetic field that hall IC converts into a proportional voltage. Device accuracy is optimized through the close proximity of the magnetic signal to the hall transducer. A precise, proportional voltage is provided by the low-offset, chopper-stabilized CMOS hall IC, which is programmed for accuracy after packaging. The application includes low-power inverter current sensing, motor phase and rail current sensing, solar inverters, chargers, and converters, switching power supplies.

- Extremely stable output offset voltage, near zero magnetic hysteresis
- Total output error is ±1.5% typ (TA = 25°C, VDD = 5.0V, CF = 1nF)
- <gt/>25kV/µs common-mode transient immunity, nonlinearity is 0.08% typ (TA = +5°C, VDD = 5.0V, CF = 1nF)
- Sensitivity error range from -3 to +3% (TA = 25°C, VDD = 5V, CF = 1nF)
- SO-8 package, wide operating temperature range from -40 to +110°C
