ACPL-334J-000E is a 3A gate drive optocoupler with integrated DESAT detection, fault status feedback and active miller clamping. The device features CMTI greater than 100kV/μs and provides minimal propagation delay with excellent timing skew. The high peak output current and wide operating voltage range eliminates the need of an output buffer circuit, enabling designers to implement cost-effective isolated gate drive solutions for motor drives and power inverters. It is packaged in a compact, surface-mountable SO-16 package. This full-featured and easy-to-implement smart gate driver is a pin-to-pin upgrade of the ACPL-332J (with non-automatic FAULT reset). It is certified to provide reinforced galvanic isolation with 1,414VPEAK working voltage meeting safety regulatory IEC/EN/DIN, UL, and CSA. Applications include IGBT driver, industrial drives and inverters, renewable energy inverters, solar inverter, servo drive, motor drive, AC inverters, IGBT inverter, switching power supplies.

- 80% to 20% fall time on VOUT is 10ns typ at TA = 25°C, VCC2 – VE = 30V, VE – VEE = 0V
