The MC56F84789VLL is a 32-bit Digital Signal Controller offers exceptional precision, sensing and control for the most efficient digital power conversion and advanced applications. The MC56F84xx series includes advanced high-speed and high-accuracy peripherals. This device combines, on a single chip, the processing power of a DSP and the functionality of an MCU with a flexible set of peripherals to support many target applications such as circuit breaker, solar and wind power generator.
- Single-cycle math computations, fractional arithmetic support and parallel moves
- Up to 24 PWM channels with input capture
- Hi-res PWMs with 312pico-second resolution
- 2x 12-bit High-speed (HS) ADCs with 3.3Msps resolution
- 1x 16-bit ADC with 1Msps resolution
- 1 12-bit DAC with auto waveform generation
- 100MHz/100 MIPS 32-bit DSP core
