B25654A9606K001 is a B25654 series film capacitor for DC Link xEVCap lead wire. Typical applications include DC-link for main traction inverters, for parallel connection through busbars and passenger cars, buses, trucks, commercial vehicles, machinery tools.
- 60μF capacitor with ±10% tolerance
- Polypropylene (MKP) dielectric, plastic case (UL 94 V-0) and epoxy resin sealing (UL 94 V-1)
- Scalable and modular for different power levels and densities
- WBG semiconductors compatible
- Good self-healing properties
- Overvoltage capability
- Low ESR and low ESL
- Maximum operating temperature 105°C (hot spot)
